Excellent service, friendly practice. A very professional hygienist Agnes attended my son. The relaxed atmosphere helped my son overcome his fears, Agnes was kind, patiently explained every step of the process.I definitely will visit the surgery again. I have been a patient at Bassett Dental for around a year now, I have returned for 6 month check up this week and I believe it is now under new management and I felt I needed to write a good review as it seems to have changed for the better. The reception team were really efficient at fitting me in around my busy schedule and my dentist Dr Patel who I believe is the new owner was very reassuring and knowledgeable in her field of work. So thank you to a great team, and I am looking forward to my Invisalign consultation in the new year!
I have recently registered at this practice and I can't recommend it enough, they are very friendly and extremely thorough and gentle, I had 2 fillings and the dentist was amazing, I barely felt a thing. I highly recommend this dental practice.
